How to cancel an order?
In general, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours, the order enters the production stage and cannot be canceled.

What if I forgot to upload an picture?
If you forget to upload the picture, you can send the picture to support@oarse.com by email after placing the order. Please note that changing pictures can only be changed within 24 hours of placing the order.

How to track an order?
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. You can track on https://www.17track.net/en according to the tracking number indicated or send an email to support@oarse.com.

What are the requirements for the picture in the order?
Generally, high-resolution original pictures are better. Please be careful not to use any images suspected of infringement (stars, celebrities, film and television characters or roles, etc.)

How do I add a gift message?
When you place an order, you can comment on the content of the message. Or send a message to support@oarse.com after placing an order. We will write the card for you and send it out together with the package.
